The Dream Coaching process can help bring any dream into reality.
Even if you don’t have a dream, are afraid your dream will never come true or just need a little focus to make everything possible, together we can make it happen.
How long will it take?
The entire Dream Coaching process can be done in as little as 10 weeks – or it can take up to a year or more. It is entirely dependent upon you and your commitment. But please understand, that just being committed doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll finish in ten weeks.
Some dreams just take take longer – they’re more involved, or require more preparation or assistance from others. I’ve found it’s better not to focus on the time that will be required, but to pay attention to what you can do NOW to move your dream from idea to reality.
How do we begin?
We’ll start out with an intake session where I’ll learn more about you and your dream while we both decide if we can work together. This session usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half and no coaching is done.
The first coaching session is where we figure out where you want to be at the end of the 10 step process. This is called setting an Intention and the objective of this session is to understand the power and importance of intention and for you to set an intention such as find a new job, start a business, lose weight or fall in love.
The second step in the process will be to learn how to live with integrity. You’ll identify and remove incomplete actions and commit to keeping agreements with yourself and others. This is an essential step that will help you remove or clear up anything from your past that might be stopping you from having what you want.
The third step is one of the most profound parts of the entire process. It is here that we will discover together what your purpose is so that you may live more aligned with it and avoid actions or goals that unfulfilling.
Step four will create a powerful and dynamic relationship with the Dreamer inside of you. You’ll learn from the lessons this part of you offers. No matter how realistic you may be, there is a part of you that knows what will make you happy and what you want.
Step five opens up the door to learn from your doubter. We’ll create a powerful, positive and dynamic relationship with the part of you that can often sabotage your dreams and learn to use it to move you in toward your dreams instead.
In Step Six, you’ll learn how to create a belief as a solid foundation for making your dreams come true. If you don’t believe in yourself or your dream, no one else will either. This is a life changing step.
Step seven is all about failure. We often fear failure and can use it as an excuse to stop pursuing our dreams, but it is actually a powerful and useful tool that will allow you learn and grow. At the end of this session, you will be able to begin to view failure as the gift it really is.
In step eight, we’ll put the rubber to the road and take serious steps forward. We’ll plan the essential action steps to ensure that your dreams come true. In the end, it all comes down to taking action and the practical steps for making your dream real.
Step nine explores ways to find and ask for help in making your dream more easily attainable. There are resources, some you know and some you don’t, that can open doors and make your life easier.
The final step in the Dream Coach Process is to live as a dreamer. Once you are clear about your purpose, dreams and resources, you can look at all areas of your life and decide what you want. This process works on any dream – no matter how large or how small.
